We have been going to this dentists for quite a few years now.
A few years back there was a change of dentist, the layout was changed and modernised to change the whole look and feel of the place.
Since I work about 30 miles from home I need to have late appointments. The receptionist and dentist realise that and always ensure that this is never an issue. (There is quite a few others in the same situation)
At my last visit I turned up early and since the dentist was quiet at the time (not often that happens) I managed to get my checkup done early.
The annoying thing about the practice is constantly being asked to clarify your details every visit and the NHS text messages which remind you of the day of the appointment but not the time.

Just changed dentists so i havent met the new one yet but they always treat me with kid gloves because of my innate fear of all things dental. lovely people.
