Great sandwiches, great shakes, great deserts, good staff…
wifi works, pretty much everything is good at Tiffins!
Try the wraps and the coffee yogurt shakes.
make sure you have cash cause they don’t take cards.
The only gripe I have about Tiffins is that they’ve put all the other sandwich joints in Cowes out of business! Survival of the fittest i guess…

I always have my morning coffee here because it is a good people-​watching venue. The coffee is good and the choice of fillings for baguettes is extensive and tempting. No cooked breakfasts but they do a ‘Breakfast Special’ baguette.

This place is one amazing sandwich shop! Fantastic for that pre-​race hungover sausage sandwich, however if you aren’t here to cure last night’s binge then just be adventurous and try one of their less common combinations like «Banana, Brie and Bacon» which comes with a personal recommendation from my girlfriend!
They also sell a fantastic range of jacket potatoes, cakes, hot and cold drink. The yoghurt shakes are not to be missed!

You MUST try the yogurt shakes! Many flavours, mix them up if you like, virtually fat free (apart from the flake on top but you get a strawberry too!)
They’re like ice cream /​frozen yogurt shakes and amazing! Loved the chocolate one but also hazelnut and chocolate, and strawberry and cherry are nice too!
Beats Starbucks any day! If only there was one in Essex!

This smashing little deli /​sandwich bar is a gem. Whether you are a hungry yachtsman needing a bacon sarnie fix at 6am of Cowes Week, or a busy mum popping in for an stunning yoghurt shake this is the place for you.
Staff are friendly. Coffee is fresh as are the baguettes. Good value for money and always welcoming.
If you are in Cowes pop in.
Disclaimer, my wife is now addicted to the yoghurt shakes, and they once teased her saying that the machine had broken — she nearly lost it! Luckily it was fully working, so the fresh strawberry-​lemon shake went down very well, along with the flake!
