Went to Tandoori Nights a lot of times in a regular basic. But really must say. Always I got the Feeling they want you quick in and Out. The Food was been always very nice.
But will never go again. We asked if we could book for a
July in the late afternoon a table for our wedding Guest (about 30 people).First we got the answer, well that is taking costumers of us?
Why?we would be there for around 3 hours (Party is on a different place) they would have to open a little bit earlier, yes and??? We would leave with drinks at least 1000 pound there!!! Well they dont need the Money.Fine.We found a place somewhere else. Can just say Anouki in Derby is brilliant.

We placed an 130 pound order with these guys, I called upon delivery to let them know they missed a meal (mine) which they said no prob. The guy I placed the order with then called back and corrected me that I never ordered it and was not charged for it. Well… there were 2 extra meals that no one ordered. I tried to be polite with him but he continued to tell me off and that I was wrong, and that he gave us «free» wine… he said he could delver my meal if I wanted to pay. I MIGHT say I messed the order up if it were not MY meal. But it was MY MEAL!!! Cant believe how rude he was, will never order from here agaiin period!!! As youll see from other reviews and if you ask around NOT a good place for take away.

I have been there a couple of times in the last year. The food is very good an a large range of choices. The waiters are quick but it feels like there are to many which is kind of to much disruptions if you are looking for a relaxed evening. Prices are good. Drinks esp beer are kind of to warm in my view

Excellent cuisine here. The curries are tasty and the extras such as naan bread are delicious. I had a great night here due to the staff being very helpful as I was being very indecisive about what to order. I wanted a hot curry but seemed to take my fancy so one of the waiters gave me some advice and I went with the Chicken Jalfrezi which was a delightful choice. It was very tasty and rich in flavours and they put extra coriander on as I requested. The naan was hot, crispy and full of flavourjust as naans are ment to be. The décor of the place was very interesting too and I would recommend this place to anyone

Tandoori nights serves quality food and is reknown for the quality so does get booked very quickly. Booking is almost essential for every Thurs, Fri and Sat.
Due to it’s popularity it is always busy– this for me is a down fall as sometimes it appears too busy and hinders service a little. Do not take my review as negative, I just like dining somewhere a little less frantic. The great tasting food always makes up for any niggles I have about ‘too many people’ sydrome! Definately worth a visit!

Tandoori nights has always been a very popular restaurant for authentic indian food. However i strongly recommend to visit the restaurant and not to order take away as the quality is not as good.
The food is reasonably priced and the service is good but does get very busy and sometimes we have had to wait for service.
Make sure to book in advance for weekends

Good authentic indian food — staff dress in authentic indian dress and are very friendly.
Trendy modrn décor.
Be careful not to get rushed through your meal — aske them not to bring out mains too quickly as when we have been we have been rushed through three courses within an hour!
However do not let this put you off as the food is really good and price is reasonable.
