I visit this child friendly pub quite frequently. Everytime, i am welcomed with very polite and friendly staff. There is a great atmosphere on both sides of the pub which makes me go back again and again. The food is very good value for money, a short wait is to be expected when it is very busy. Worth a visit!

This place used to be ok, but has steadily gone downhill. The rules regarding children no longer seem to be kept to so if you want a child free place to have a quiet dinner (even after 9) then this really isn’t the place. The food is now dreadful (it actually used to be brilliant) and not worth even the small price that you pay for it and the service is slow and generally rude.

A Hungry Horse pub serving cheap good. Food quality is ok but not great.
Pub is split into 2 sides, one for families and one for watching sport.
Can get vey busy at weekends with lots of kids running about and therefore quite noisy.

Pretty standard Hungry Horse and the Didcot branch of the SF community meets here regularly.
Food is slow as was mentioned and yet good quality and inexpensive.
There is a large family section on one side and so it is very family friendly but no kids in the evening so you can break free.
It’s pretty good but average but good value so I gae it 3 stars.
Def worth a visit and really worth taking the time to find your way here (not in centre of town) with lots of free parking next to it.,
