De Bradelei Wharf has a really good range of clothing and shoes and if you are looking for a bargain this is where to come. Definitely not for teenagers though — more for the older generation. I always manage to find something to buy. I bought a great Regatta top which was half price. We also stopped for coffee which very average. At least it was hot which is all you can say about it!!!

First of all let me state,“I hate shopping”, that said, if I am looking to buy any casual clothing for holidays etc. this is one store I always visit. They have a fair variety of men’s clothing plus the shoe section is well worth a browse. The car park is massive and you get the money back from till when you make a purchase. Wife always wants to spend far longer browsing through store than I do, so it is handy that they have a cafeteria where I can sit for awhile over a cake and coffee.

There aren’t a lot of stores in De Bradley Wharf, no real high street names. We attended on a wet and windy sunday, hoping to do a little shopping and get a spot of lunch for the kids. We found there to be a lack of restaurants/café’s and when we did get a snack the seating area was very cold and uninviting. The mall itself was very untidy and you had to walk through each shop to get to the next, so not exactly easy to navigate. We also found that the entrance was very difficult to locate.

De Bradelei Wharf is one of a few design discount houses. It has a great range of clothing and shoes from comfortable ecco, flyflot to timberland footwear at discount prices and fashion houses Alexon, Eastex, Windsmoor, Planet, Kaliko, Dash, Weird Fish, Craghoppers, Regatta. Every time I go to Kent, a stop here is essential as on top of their discounted prices when they have sale, seems to be quite regularly, the bargains become even better. I got a fabulous linen hand embroidered summer dress for only £3 and a linen embroidered jacket for £5 last summer. My footwear invariably comes from here, great sandals made by flyflot are a definite bonus. They also have quality Waterford crystal, Royal Doulton etc.
