Henry’s Kitchen

Amazing! Coffee is decent (they even make freddo espresso or I should say iced americano), crepes amazing and price wise it’s great! Good job guys!

I was attracted by the style and attractiveness of Henry’s Kitchen. On a sunny Saturday morning we took a table outside on the pavement for breakfast.
The menu looked great with plenty of delicious sounding options. And the service was prompt and friendly.
Having scanned the menu I ordered a smoothie and an Eggs Royale. Having had Eggs Royale at numerous other restaurants and cafés sat back awaiting my breakfast.
When my food arrived I was presented with a plate which had a muffin, topped with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. It was plainly presented, and was not poached egg and there was no hollandaise which I was expecting.
I checked the menu and spotted that although their eggs benedict specifies poached eggs and hollandaise their eggs Royale states scrambled, with no mention of hollandaise at all.
Asking the waitress whether I could have some hollandaise she went inside the café, but instead of returning with sauce, she returned with a menu and told me I couldn’t have any.
The food itself was fine, relatively small quantity for the price.
At the end of the meal I was asked by a different waitress how the food was. When I explained the above was simply told I should have mentioned it to someone or sent the food back… I thought I had done that with no success.
I hope they improve, but I won’t take the chance.
