Best yoga teachers and therapists in town. Attended maternity yoga with all three of my children and now attending chiropractor. Have also enjoyed aromatherapy, reflexology and massage here. Can’t recommend enough: lovely people.

Have been going to Balance for almost 5 years now and have lost track of the number of people I have recommended it to.
I initially started going for chiropractic treatment and still regularly go for check ups with my practitioner Alan. The treatment is effective and thorough and I never feel rushed, even when they are running behind schedule.
I have also been for acupuncture here with Maureen Karnowski during two pregnancies and also to their pregnancy yoga classes.
It may not appear like it from the outside (it’s next to a garage) but it’s a genuine haven once inside. Friendly welcoming staff who always call to remind you the day before your appointment (handy when they can be made months in advance!) and clean calming décor too.
They also offer massage but not yet tried this.
