Have used this branch of the Benefit brow bar a couple of times — usually can get a walk-​in appointment fairly easily, or at least one within the hour.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, though a bit keen on the upsell. They always do a good job of the brow waxing and unlike their counterparts in Frasers in the city centre, actually listen to what you want!

The girls are professional and friendly and each brow shape is tailored to the individuals face shape.
Price wise for a brow wax and tint it is £19.50. Some might say this is rather expensive however i have always been happy with the service and feel it is value for money compared to other places i have tried.
They are very busy so it is always worth phoning and booking an appointment as often i have been turned away when popping in on the off chance.
