This Foot Locker store is now closed, the building has been taken over by HSBC bank which now has a branch open at this location.

A large Sporting Goods store with a large selection of sports shoes. It’s also good for accessories. I remember coming here for the first time to get a New Era ballcap some ten years ago when I was into Limp Bizkit. I’m not proud of it, but. we all done silly things when we were younger, right? It’s never particularly busy and there are a few other shops down this way that sell good footwear too. It does what it does well, but I am not the sportiest chap in the world so it doesn’t really appeal to me beyond some occasional accessories.

A fairly rubbish«sports» store, Foot Locker does indeed seem aimed squarely at boyz from the hood, selling those hideous Timberlands that flop down at the sides and come in colours like blue and tartan, as well as often garish Nike and Adidas numbers. The store has gotten a lot worse in recent years, as it used to have a far more diverse range not solely aimed at those who like chillin wit’ bitches and bustin’ sum gak. I’m a little bit embarrassed to come in here now to be honest.

Good for, New Era hats, basketball shoes, garish trainers and ugly clothing. All of which are overpriced and over rated in my opinion. When I was young lad in my high school days foot locker was a good shop but I think they have become too focussed on a market which is loosing interest rapidly. This store is particularly bad, evident by how empty it is. I preferred it when they had a more diverse range of sneaks and clothes that weren’t specifically aimed at fans of «straight up gangsta rap». Fool.
