A step above baguette express, and the average bakers, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to visit this place. For some reason the women behind the till kept giving me long stares — perhaps I wasn’t their preferred clientele? The sandwich was fairly average, but the price wasn’t too bad. Weighing up the pros and cons, I have to come to the conclusion that it was alright. Worth it if you’re passing and you’re starved, with only a couple of quid in your pocket.
