–clean and comfortable waiting area
–friendly support staff
–no attempt to force sell products
Cons:
-£50 deposit for consultation (I did get this back when deciding not to proceed)
–The booking service is national and they seemed more concerned with taking my money than finding out where/​when I wanted the appointment!
–Rude doctor (Shah) who seemed disinterested and had far-​from exceptional skin herself
–Doctor tried to convince me to have acne treatment when the consultation was for fillers– I certainly do not have acne!
–Whole experience made me feel worse about myself
