We are traveling for several weeks so needed to do laundry. Used Havelock because of the reviews here. There are several washers of different sizes and several dryers. Got in, no waiting for a machine and got done. The owner was helpful and friendly. If I have to do laundry again in the West End, I’ll do it here.

A few weeks ago my partner went into spring-​cleaning mode and decided to get the entire contents of our wardrobes washed. Armed with 5 bin bags full of clothes, I spent a couple of hours at the Havelock, making use of 3 machines and later the driers. The service was great, the lady working there helped a lot with using the machines and was very friendly. The price wasn’t too bad either, I don’t remember the exact amount but it was something around £20−25 for the lot.
Wasn’t too keen on doing the folding up later though…

A fairly run of the mill launderette that does exactly the job you would expect of it.
This place has been operating on Havelock Street for decades and has saved me on many times when I’ve needed a suit dry-​cleaned in ultra quick time.
It’s also exceptionally cheap with efficientt and friendly service. Recommended.

I always use this place for dry cleaning as it is handy and very reasonable. I can’t say if it is particularly better than any other dry cleaners, a small stain on a fake fur stole I handed in was still there when I picked it up, but is does the job well enough for me. Service is reliable and friendly.
