best laundrette in the west end! lovely staff– the owners are especially nice! only place i take my dry cleaning and laundry to– never felt the need to try anywhere else since i started going here ~10 years ago.

This place is an absolute bargain and much better than other laundrettes in the Kelvinbridge/Hillhead/Hyndland area.
A relation of mine has always said they want to own a laundrette one day, and Aqua is a great example of the simplicity and effectiveness of how such an establishment should be run!
I had to get a suited dry cleaned from a night out for a funeral and left it till the last minute as usual. Went to a few places who told me it would take at least two full working days, but these guys had my suit back to me the very next afternoon. The price wasn’t to bad either, a suit and a tie came to only just over a tenner and the service was professional and extremely quick. Fully recommended

Thanks to this place and a rather kind boyfriend, with impeccable timing, my hogmanay went right to plan! During the festive season it’s easy to overindulge and I had done this to excess the night before.
Result: a very hungover and smelly Laura unable to get out of bed until literally forty five minutes to make a lunch date with old friends, I’d not seen in quite a while.
Problem: no time to get home, collect clean clothes and then hot foot it into town for said lunch date. No way, I could go out in public in smelly clothes.
Solution: power walk to The Belle (see my previous review), sit with a great bloody mary and wait quietly (and very gratefully) while boyfriend jumps in and out of Aqua just a few doors along.
Result: precious clothes are hand delivered to me in The Belle toasty warm and smelling ultra clean. All it cost me was a cheap curry and pint deal to make it up for said boyfriend.
Perfect. Party on.
