W-O-W This lounge is so spacious with multiple bars and eating areas. There’s wireless internet, bag check, outlets(american, european, and UK), and various other amenities. The food was great. There were mini sandwiches, pasta, fruit, desserts, soups, and more. Drinks included sodas, beers, waters, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. I’m OneWorld Emerald, so I was able to visit the lounge despite not flying first class. Definitely recommend hanging out here for as long as you’re able.

Food and drink selection is decent at the lounge. Nice that you can order food from the dining menu. Could do with a bit more seating however, seems to be a bit overcrowded.

For a first class lounge I would consider it to be above average. However for a high end airline like British airways, I think the lounge is only an average. Service is very good, but choices of food is not great.

The wine selection is great. Everything else… not so much. The non-alcoholic drinks were warm, the place is filthy(rubbage on the tables and carpets that look like they weren’t vacuumed in days), and they could use more power outlets. No quite the reprieve from traveling you’d hope for when flying business or first class.

Nice large lounge with free WiFi. Plenty of seats. The food is good. You can also order special dishes from the menu. Great for a stop over or before flying home.

I enjoy the BA first lounge. It actually is what that motivates me to keep flying BA whenever I fly. Being in the first lounge means you can order real food(instead of just the buffet), get good champagne, make your own bloody marys(with awesome top shelf liqueur, and have a real relaxing place to chill for a moment before your flight. The food orders are generally speedy. I make sure I have about 15 minutes if I go in for a buffet and 25 minutes if I plan on ordering before boarding time. They also have free newspaper and magazines so you don’t have to pay for it. On my really cheap days, I bring my empty water bottle into the lounge to fill it with bottled water… Totally a win!

If you have to spend 5 hours at Heathrow airport, the BA lounge is a great place to be. Lots of seats, free hot and cold foods, reading material and fast wifi. Bathrooms clean. Staff really friendly.

One of my favorite place for a layover in Heathrow. Food made to order all day long whenever you want. A good place to refresh with a hot showers if there’s time. Large and spacious, wifi, etc.

This lounge is the highlight of your journey through Heathrow. Before they opened the swanky United lounge on Terminal 2, the BA First lounge had no rivals. It’s massive, comfortable and very well serviced. Food and drinks options are outstanding, you can even order from a menu if the buffet is not your cup of tea. I think I’ve grown a bit addicted over time to the tea biscuits by the ubiquitous coffee machines. And if you have a sweet tooth, the afternoon tea time will provide plenty of sweet options, from coffee cakes to lemon tarts. The bathrooms are also well designed, probably by someone who’s actually traveled, for once. There’s plenty of room to get changed, hooks to hang your coat and a table to lay down the bag while you’re rummaging through your clothes. A welcome and elite oasis to stretch your legs and forget the hassle of going through the most nit-picky security check I’ve seen this side of the pond.

BA has 2 lounges in Terminal 5 — North and South. I spent my time in the North lounge. It’s rather large with plenty to eat and drink. You can have yourself a full meal! The wifi is free, with a password that appears to be changed weekly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having my arm in a sling during the trip didn’t limit me thanks to there help and attentiveness. The bottom line is no one likes to wait at the airport. At least the BA lounge makes it easier on you…

One of the nicest lounges in the world. It is gigantic, well lit, with different areas to socialize, work, eat, and relax. The food at the buffet is always abundant and of good quality. In addition, you could order off a menu. Wine and spirits selection is quite extensive, Only problem is that it gets a bit too crowded at times.

Absolutely one if the best First lounges I have ever been. Tons of different wines and champagnes. The food is great and they have a full variety if hot and cold options. At least 12 – 15 dishes to pick in a buffet style. They of have a la carte menu and the options were diverse and well executed. Free wifi with great speed and electrical power for any different voltages. Very nice place to be pampered after all the multiple hassles you need to go through this complicated airport.

This review is based on my experience using the First Lounge at Heathrow terminal 5. It was located on floor 2 and from beginning to end was and is pardon the pun, «first class experience». I think it always starts with first impression and that is by the staff, they were cordial, smiling and service orientated. Very nice indeed. I guess it is called the Concorde Room and according to them, and we agree, it is the epitome of elegance, the perfect setting for both relaxation and business. It was and is inspired by the finest 5 star and boutique hotels, luxurious furniture and traditional chandeliers creates a calm where we enjoyed: A restaurant within the Lounge, offering private booths and full waiter service, Bar, serving complimentary champagne and fine wines as well as freshly ground coffee and afternoon tea Updated business suite, with internet and printer linked computers,. It also converts to a fully equipped boardroom that can comfortably accommodate 8 people, very nicely done Oh how I wanted to use these, the private cabanas, hotel-style rooms, with a comfortable day bed and en suite bathroom for complete relaxation I really wanted to sneak my honey in there and«do it» but she was too nervous. This is where it gets better, they offer Elemis Travel Spa The Elemis Travel Spa, where we received a complimentary two-tier treatment ! Oh and there are 20 shower suites available to use, and wanted to sneak my honey in one of them but she was too shy! I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world, dined at many of the best restaurants in the world and now have used the best airport lounge ever!

Note: This review is for the First Lounge in Terminal 4. Having been in other first class lounges, I had high expectations here. Unfortunately, this BA First Lounge was pretty disappointing. It felt like I was in the basement. The space felt cramped, which was exacerbated by the crowd. The refreshments were alright, but not what I consider par for the course. Yes, there was decent free-flow alcohol, but the food left much to be desired. On my morning visit, I enjoyed a breakfast of yogurt and cereal, as there wasn’t much else appetizing. On another separate visit during the afternoon, I ordered the famous bacon baguette. It was tasty, but the accompanying brown sauce tasted more like vinegary bbq sauce. I also tried the mushroom baguette, which was alright, if not on the bland side. Perhaps I’ll order both next time and put them together. The lounge attendants weren’t particularly friendly, but at least they answered my questions. The wait staff and lounge attendants were much friendlier, making sure you were taken care of. There was an ample selection of periodicals. If you wanted to use a computer, you had to leave the lounge and use the common business center. I’m glad I was able to escape the mob from the terminal, but the First Lounge wasn’t particularly relaxing either.
