I love this place. It is a cutlery factory, gallery, designer shop and café in one beautiful building. What’s not to like? This is my go-to spot in the Peak District whenever I am unsure about where to go for lunch when on a Sunday drive. The food at the café is very tasty — home made cakes, sandwiches, soup and small bites. It is delicate but hearty and they make a damn fine chocolate and guinness cake. After grabbing a bite to eat, wander through the shop and just try not to buy anything. So many beautiful homewares and kitchen items. So lovely. So tempting. So expensive.
