Always receive a warm welcome from staff when I visit this pub and there seems to be a core group of regulars that are always there. . It’s part of the JD Wetherspoons chain and as such has very reasonably priced drinks, you can get bottles of wine from around £5 each what a bargain! Spacious beer garden out the back and very reasonably priced food. Look out for special offers on the food when you go as they are even more tempting that the already fairly cheap standard menu prices. . As with all Wetherspoons pubs(in my experience) there is no music, so coming up to Christmas you might want to go somewhere where there’s a bit of Christmas spirit but we’ve been here on Christmas Eve and still had a great night out. . Downside is the awful smell around the toilet area, seems like the carpet in the corridor there needs changing or something but the smell is really foul! The pub is all on one level so good for disabled access.

Very well run and friendly pub, staff also very helpful. My sister and I normally use it on Sunday afternoon/evening and have made many friends since using it. Also has free WI-FI access. We rate this pub very highly indeed.

The Moon under Water is a JD Wetherspoons pub near Hounslow High Street. Though part of a chain, it has a character of its own and is one of my favourite places to go for a drink or even a coffee. The pub is divided into a pub area and a quieter area lined with bookshelves full of books. This section looks out onto the beer garden and play area and is great place to settle in with a cuppa or a pint and a book on a cold winter day. The food is the same as in all Wetherspoon bars but is quite good and consists of a range of pub staples plus a special range for breakfast and a kids menu. Their sausages and mash and nachos are great!
