Great place for travellers strange thing everyone else was quoted £30 but I only had to pay £25 with klm silver status as I’m travelling enough to be gold status but considering the options outside its really a bargain… I had some lovely freshly cooked food and free WiFi and a place to recharge your phones was worth it for sure.

This lounge is gorgeous. I would have given it five stars with the exception of the bitchy receptionist who made me feel like a second class citizen. Delta rerouted my flights and so instead of flying only delta on my journey I was due to take a non sky team flight after my delta NYC — lhr haul. I explained my situation, my platinum status and delta reserve card but I still needed to be approved by a manager. Facility wise, I love the showers and yay to the massage chairs which are really quite fab. Definitely one of the better international lounges I’ve been to.

We were pleased to be able to purchase passes to this lounge, as we normally use the No1 Traveller lounge in T3 and enjoy it immensely. Here, not so much. Many of the staff were dismissive and uninterested. The room was really, really hot. We tried upstairs first(I had done my Unilocal review reading homework!) and it was busy and stifling, so we came downstairs which was the same level of busy but a bit cooler. The food choice was limited(what, not even a biscuit?!) We don’t drink alcohol but do like a regular cola — and they didn’t have any. They had loads of Pepsi Max and Diet Pepsi(which I can’t drink) but no regular. I asked and a very nice member of staff searched around and found(on the other level) a bottle with enough for us each to have a half glass, and that was all they had. On a Friday evening at 6pm. The chairs weren’t comfy, not enough power points, the tv room tiny and busy with unsupervised children. The spa area wasn’t open. It was preferable to sitting out in the terminal of course — but not worth the £30 per person they charge for us poor people who are traveling economy/not frequent flyers — and definitely not a patch on the lovely No1 Traveller lounge in T3

Even though Heathrow is like the airport from hell, this lounge was very nice. It’s a skyteam lounge but even star alliance gold members can come in for free. There’s plenty of services and room. 2 floors. Plenty of food and drinks. Showers. Massage chairs. Oxygen bar. Clarins spa area. There’s a playstation station. It wasn’t working when I was there though. I love the massage chairs. And I did take advantage of the free facial. Very relaxing. I also tried the oxygen bar which you can go on for 5 min. It was interesting. The eucalyptus flavor was kind of like sniffing Vicks. My fave flavor was cherry. Keep good track of time here because you could easily relax and lose track of time.

The Skyteam lounge is available to any status-holding Skyteam member when traveling internationally. It is an oasis of quiet calm with lots of seating on level 2. Whenever I fly from heathrow I will have already had a three hour car service ride south from Nottingham. Being able to Cathy breath and relax before boarding for an hour or two is wonderful before crossing the Atlantic. Best lounge at heathrow. Thank you Delta.

The lounge is nice with an array of breakfast food, coffee machine, & spirits. Very clean, staff is pleasant and helpful. There’s plenty of seating and 220v outlets. I haven’t seen any 110v but it is Europe after all. I’m a member of Delta Sky Club. Thus is the only lounge I’ve ever had to show my card but it’s no big deal.

This is one of the best lounges I’ve been in. It wasn’t super crowded, so it wasn’t hard to find a seat. They have an amazing buffet it was more than just figure food. There was both hot and cold options. The bar area was self serve and they had tons of beverage option. Very pleasant place to kill time while you wait for your plane to be ready to board.

Guest because of United. I use the lounge regularly Opposite Gate 10 Tasty English breakfast so can skip the airline food Plus: abundant power outlets Small Gripe: Wi-Fi access requires completing a tedious survey. Beyond reasonable. Overall Good. Operator could visit Lufthansa’s lounge in Frankfurt for model lounge with amenities. If you think this review with photos is useful, funny or cool, I’d appreciate your feedback below.

I was very impressed by this Heathrow lounge in Terminal 4. I’m SkyTeam elite so I had free entry. At the front desk, I signed up for a complimentary 20 minute Clarins massage. It was then off to the wine bar which had a nice selection of whites, reds, a rose, and bubbly. I really liked the circular bar in the middle. It was 11am, breakfast was still out so I did not partake but just nibbled on some cheese and rolls. A wide selection of magazines and newspapers helped me pass the time. Then it was noon and out came the lunch. Pesto ravioli and butternut squash soup was very good. Time for more vino. Then my massage… great! Back and shoulders felt so much better afterwards, and a smile was on my face when I received a free Clarins sampler pack. While the lounge was crowded, there was plenty of room and food + drinks never ran out. Four stars!

One of the perks of having status with United(let’s face it, there aren’t many) is that you get to access this lounge. A quick message to United — this is what your lounges should be like so please take notes. I fly backward back to the UK at least once a month and get to use this lounge quite a lot. It’s a pleasure to use and the perfect environment to relax or catch up on e-mails before a transatlantic hop. It also has a mini Clarins Spa, what genius! It’s clean and has a nice design with some greenery thrown in for good measure. The place has real food which includes a number of hot courses in addition to cold meats and salads. There is also a good selection of sweet stuff too and snacks if you don’t fancy a full on meal. There is a wide selection of soft drinks and booze. There are two levels to this lounge and for whatever reason most people tend to use the ground floor. The upper level is better, it’s quieter and in my opinion has a better view. The only problem with the upper level is that the hot food can get dry under the heat lamps. On the lower level the food is eaten so quickly(because it’s busier) that it doesn’t get a chance to dry out. An excellent lounge.

United didn’t have a nearby lounge so they sent us to a competitor’s lounge – it was better than any united lounge I have been to. It is basically like a lufthansa lounge, warm food and drinks and some seats. We went for an AM flight so things were busy and there was breakfast food. Surprisingly there was also a line for the restroom.

I am considering moving here. Like Tom hanks in that movie. I will live in the lounge eating lovely free meals complete with booze. Work out at the fitness center, sleep in the napping center and entertaining myself on the Nintendo systems, wifi and tvs. Plugs everywhere, on purpose, because they have figured out that biz travelers need electricity! Comfy seating! Go upstairs it’s always less crowded.

Great airport lounge! As a Delta Platinum member, I may not have gotten upgraded on my flight — — but my experience here was great! First of all, I love that they have a little Clarins spa area with showers. The shower was much needed and very refreshing. There is shower gel and soap inside, the attendant will provide you with a towel, shower cap, and/or dental kit if you need. Plus the private shower room area was larger than some other airport lounge shower rooms I’ve been in(AMS). Then to top it off, the attendant recommended a complimentary 20min choice of a Clarins facial or massage. Duh — I went for the massage. And even only 20min, it was still a heavenly treat for my back, neck, and scalp. Complimentary wifi Medium assortment of foods: breads, croissants, yogurts, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs Juice assortment sodas & water various wine and some hard liquor Plenty of seats inside with a large open window for viewing. My time waiting for the flight went very fast here.

This is probably one of the best thing at Heathrow(which otherwise is a miserable place). Most airport lounge are label to the name of a specific airline or is operated by a service organization. Here it is labeled after the Sky team alliance and it is really one of my favourite. You can get a full english breakfast here which is quite enjoyable since this is in the UK, adds local flavour. Spacious and with free wifi, this is the perfect place is you have to wait for a flight… which most than likely you will have to do here!

This review is focused on the front desk staff, which were awful!!! Normally, I hate to call out specific people, but Irina at the front desk was extremely RUDE and embarrassed us when she kept saying we did not have access, even though American Express(on the phone with us) was saying we were supposed to have access. The whole front desk seemed a bit unhelpful(maybe no supervision) and Irina really seemed downright evil(and seemed to get enjoyment from denying us access). That is scary and sad for Delta.

Unlike sky team lounge in US, this lounge offers various snacks and drinks. I only experienced morning service and there was pastries, bread, so-cute mini blueberry pancake, bacon and scrambled eggs. Since there are many flights to US leaving in the morning, it gets busy but food gets refilled pretty quick. Good seating area too. One of the best sky team lounge other than foreign carrier lounges I’ve experienced.

The Sky Team side of the lounge is nice laid out, not too crowded so you can always find comfortable seating. Impressive food and drink selection for a relatively small lounge — the open self-service kitchen area is set up in a circle, which facilitates efficient traffic flow. Wi-fi works well.

Extremely comfortable, the Etihad Airways lounge is open by invitation to travelers. I was able to access it because I have elite status with Continental Airlines. [Continental is still a member of this lounge, even though they recently switched from Sky Team to Star Alliance.] Located on the«air side» of the terminal, you do have to go through security to access the lounge. It’s a little hard to find if you don’t know where it is(near Gate 10) and it is a decent hike from the lower gates(particularly Continental’s gates 2 and 3). Once inside, the seating areas are very comfortable and there are plenty of tables in small and large clusters. I found that the free wifi worked quite well, plus they have a few terminals set up for people who don’t have laptops. Food options were impressive at 9:00AM. In addition to waffles, there were also fresh blueberry crepes, plus pastries and bacon sandwiches and chips and cookies. And a bar(if you can find it) and juices and coolers full of sodas, free for the taking. Very comfortable and very quiet, a nice place to wait out your connection or the time until your departure. Lots of windows with a good view of the gates. Highly recommend!
