Stupid experience with this dosh back vergin atlantic, I been waiting 18 hours for a conection of the some company in London, I went to talk with costumer service.
there was a fat lady with yellow hair and green eyes first she didn’t want to talk with me when I said I have 18 hours conection I need a place to stay she got pest off on me and said none of my busines just we have responsibility of transfer nothing els, I been 18 hours waiting for the other flight of this company in cold weather, and the funny part is this they didn’t transfer my baggage at the same day and I got it ofter 3 days,
I hope I could gave them. (–3) star but I can’t
I WASH to don’t have any next flight with this company please don’t book any ticket from this company, there’s more company with good service and cheaper price. Good luck

This lounge is available only to Virgin Upper Class and Delta BusinessElite passengers, and Virgin Flying Club Gold or Delta Diamond and Platinum members flying in any class of service. If you qualify, be sure to walk straight out of the customs exit towards the lifts straight ahead, and go one floor up. Exiting the lift, you’ll see a discreet double-​door leading into this sanctum.
As part of the check-​in, you’ll be asked if you’d like to use the showers and book a treatment. I’d suggest yes to both. The showers have very strong water pressure, which will help to clear out any of the post-​flight cobwebs, and while you’re in the shower, you can have your clothing pressed so you look presentable upon getting to your final destination. As a further part of that presentation, the treatment options will also be a great help. The 15-​minute facials, manicures, pedicures, head massage, or base make-​up applications are all free. Some of the longer treatments — such as a lather and shave for men — are available for a small fee, and are worth it.
Breakfast, being the most important meal of the day, is the final point not to be overlooked here. Whether it is fresh carrot juice and a super-​food yogurt (packed with goji berries, sunflower, sesame, and chia seeds), or a Full English paired with a cappuccino with a muffin on the side, the exceptional staff here will see to your needs.
Everybody can agree on overnight flights being lousy on the body, but there are ways to make the rest of your day much better. This is one of the best ways I can think of doing so.

Amazing showers and a nice breakfast menu! First time I’ve tried an arrivals lounge and it’s nice to be able to feel human after your overnight flight! Lovely treat!

It’s a real treat to head for the revivals lounge after a flight. There is a guarantee of a warm welcome, a menu of freshly prepared meals, hot and cold drinks and … to top it all … a complimentary 15 minute spa treatment. This morning I enjoyed a head massage with soothing lavender oil. A perfect way to decompress before heading back to reality.
