Someone fucked up my connection from Sicily to the US and I had to stay overnight in Heathrow Airport. I don’t crash on airport benches… I ain’t no bum, bruv. I had to find a real spot to stay. I also had to: — eat something as I was starved — take a shower as I stunk from walking all day in Palermo — take an 8-hour nap as I was dead-tired — drink some alcohol as I am a fun dude — take a mad shit from all the Sicilian seafood I ate during the week So for 90 quid: — I got free food from the loung bar and while chillin on a sofa — I got to take a shower in my personal pod — I got to take an 8-hour nap in my personal pod — I got free cocktails from the lounge bar — I got to take a mad shit in my personal pod Fuckin lovely, mate. Lovely.

One of the worst international airport lounges I have experienced. You are greeted by an unfriendly face who tells you what services they will not provide. Once you get inside most of the areas are reserved and the remaining seats are crowded. The temperature you ask, ridiculously hot. So hot I had to get napkins to dry my sweat after 5 min.

I have been MIA for almost a month now but being back in London homesick and jet lagged cannot stop me from Unilocaling. So here it goes… I was in Heathrow terminal 3 for a good 6 hour layover and decided to check out this lounge. I believe it’s the only pay per admission lounge in terminal 3(most lounges are for first class or by invitation only). For £40 per person it was well worth it’s while. The pantry section is stocked with fresh cut fruits, breakfast cereals, croissants, cupcakes etc. What I loved best is that you have the option of ordering any one dish from the kitchen. We got the ~Poached egg pot(soft poached egg in a spinach purée, hollandaise sauce and a potato rosti) ~Fish Finger sandwich(fish fingers in a white roll with tartare) Now for the not so good part, a lot of the sections like the cinema and library were written as reserved even when there was nobody there. They also told me I couldn’t put my leg on the sofa(this happened exactly while I was writing this review Ironic!).The Snug section was out of service. In conclusion the food is good which is why this place deserves 3 stars but if you’re looking to relax and stretch those tired legs you would be better off elsewhere(Now that is such a pity). Cheers!

Great place to freshen up while connecting through Heathrow from the US into Europe in Terminal 3. I had a 5 hour layover and used this lounge for the first time. Shower facilities were great. Food was fresh and you can order made to order food from the bar and most drinks are included in the admittance fee of 40 pounds inclusive of VAT. It’s definitely been discovered but not too crazy. Considering you can have at least one meal here, shower up and work if you want it’s a great option if you have more than the standard few hour layover.

I used this lounge a few years back, and on a recent connection in LHR, I was finally able to use it again as my flight was out of Terminal 3. I have lots of lounge options being a Oneworld Emerald member, but honestly I think the food might be the best at No. 1. At very few lounges can you order food to be made custom in the kitchen. I think last time I had a really good breakfast. This time I had an OK wrap, as I needed to get my food and dash. The best part of this lounge, though? The sleeping pods. I remember the lounge for that alone. I had a long layover and took a nap in the cinema room. A staff member woke me up to tell me I can’t sleep there, and as I was about to get annoyed, he pointed out an area in the back of the room that had bunk beds you could sleep in with curtains and a plug for your phone. Amazing. I wish every airport lounge had this.

I’m a big fan of airport lounges as while they might seem pricey, it’s an investment in not wandering around making more expensive purchases from stores in the terminal simply because I’m bored. It’s with this mantra that we generally use No. 1 Traveller Lounge while at Heathrow and Gatwick — with this particular lounge being our favourite. We were disappointed the last time we were here because the series of little rooms were all reserved(and none were in use) but we managed to talk our way into using one of them again. This time around we headed straight into the cinema area to sit, and once again there was a reserved sign on one table(and again, it wasn’t used at all!). We like the cinema area as there is a fridge filled with cans of soda, but strangely never gets used(people kept looking in and then leaving). But it meant we had a big room to ourselves the entire time. The only disappointing thing this time around was the range at breakfast(I appreciate I’m complaining about free food) as the hot food during that period wasn’t all that great — you could get a bacon roll but no sausage etc. There was a wide selection of cold food, three cereals, porridge, some cheese and crackers etc. Breakfast ended at 11am, so since we were going to gate a little after, we waited till then for our free hot food choice so we could order off the lunch menu instead.

This airport lounge at London Heathrow is the perfect place to relax and get some work done. With a game room and cinema room you’re sure to get a break from the stress of traveling. There is complimentary beer and wine along with some food to nibble on. If you want champagne it will cost you. Entrance into the lounge is 35 British Pounds for 3 hours and can be booked online in advance. I’ve been here twice now — once where I booked online and once when I just walked in. One aspect that makes this lounge particularly great is that there is a spa, so you can get a massage! An hour massage will cost you about 65 pounds. There is also free wifi and plugs to charge your devices. Forgot your converter? No worries, No. 1 Lounge has you covered. There are American, British, and European plugs throughout the place so no need to pack an extra converter just because you have a layover in Britain. The staff is amazing. This last time I was here, the lady who checked me in had the best sense of humor and had me laughing the entire time. This lounge is definitely the place to visit in Terminal 3 when you didn’t necessarily flight business/first class, because they will still treat you like you did.

I arrived at Heathrow with a friend who had a earlier flight. So, I had a little time to kill before it was time for me to take off. After doing a little shopping, I found the No. 1 airline, which offered me complimentary entrance due to my status on Delta. It was mid-morning and the continental breakfast fare was displayed nicely on a serving counter. In addition to that, they also had a small menu from which you could order, with no additional fees. The menu was divided into«before 11AM» and«after 11AM». The morning offerings included a Belgian waffle, eggs, or a bacon roll. In the afternoon, they had vegetable ragu, chicken caesar pita, and cottage pie. I got the Belgian waffle, which was small and sweet. It was perfect for a quick bite to accompany fruit and yogurt. This was a nice place to relax for a little while before my flight. The employees were all quite friendly, the restroom facilities were very clean, and the wifi worked well.

Go see Bebe for a massage when you’re at Heathrow, she’s brilliant! Going in my back was like marbles, and then standing up you have that feeling of utter serenity where there’s that beautiful moment then your muscles come back online after having forgotten how to function, and you realize she didn’t nearly charge you enough for the value received in services rendered. I’ve never fallen asleep in a massage, but Bebe ended that streak and I felt like I truly wasn’t worthy of what I’d just experienced.

Unquestionably, the best airport lounge I have been to anywhere! Beautifully designed, with a very modern décor, and has excellent amenities for the comfort of a traveller.

I managed to get a discount from this lounge as I was able to buy it through Virgin Atlantic, being a silver member I was able to get in for just £20 and receive miles as well! I only had about 4 hours in Heathrow but I was in the process of altering my sleep cycle for my holiday to California, I decided it would be a good idea to look for a lounge so I could nap for at least a couple of hours or so. I struggled to find the lounge so maybe it could be better signposted, had to ask at the information desk so they could point me in the right direction. Once I arrived, the staff on the front desk were very nice and were able to swiftly check me into the lounge without any problems. I decided I’d go straight to the area where travellers were having some naps: ‘The Snug’, it was fairly dark in there and had a lot of mood lighting, there was only one other person sleeping in the room so I just found myself a little cubbyhole in the wall and climbed in, it was quite comfortable and I could easily sleep there. The only thing preventing me from sleeping properly was the fact there was no door(or at least I didn’t see one) and so all the noise from the other passengers using the lounge flooded in, this wouldn’t be a problem but there was a younger child who spoke really loudly which was keeping me awake, to be fair to the parents he kept getting told to «ssh» by them but maybe some staff could have told them to maybe move away from the area directly outside ‘The Snug’ to allow people to sleep comfortably. I slept for a little bit but couldn’t for too long due to the reasons above so I just rested and sent a few messages to my friends on my phone whilst lying down in the cubbyhole. Afterwards when It was getting closer to my flight I went outside and had a quick look around the lounge, the gaming room in particular looked like a nice addition, I quickly grabbed myself some water and some bread-sticks as a snack to keep me going until take off then rushed out to go off to my flight. Above all, a great experience, I would have loved to use it again on the way back but I was unfortunately in another terminal.

This is a gorgeous lounge with delicious food. They have a library, tv room, a little bistro area and a bar. I swear this felt like a swanky daytime club. The a la carte menu offers both additional cost items as well as inclusive items made to order. My favorite lounge yet.

I came to No. 1 Lounge for the shower. A shower only costs 10 pounds and allows for untimed use of a private shower room that locks and also has a toilet and bench inside. A towel and shampoo are provided for free. The lounge is located upstairs and it’s easy to follow the signs to find it. This was a great break from the bustle of Heathrow and allowed for me to keep going for the long day ahead after a night flight.

This is the best airport lounge I have ever been too! It’s just awesome! Tasteful décor, great buffet, comfortable chairs, a staffed & fully stocked bar, table service for ordering hot food, a small cinema, a kids room, library, free wifi, free internet access with gorgeous iMAC computers, a spa(charge extra here) and showers. They also have the flights departures/arrivals board too. It really is the best! I’d fly out of T3 just to use the lounge!

My go-to lounge at Heathrow as a priority pass member. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lounge is also very clean, although it gets quite a lot of traffic. This lounge also has a cinema room and a library which are cool places to chill especially when traveling alone. The a-la-carte menu(additional cost) is worth trying if you are hungry.

YES! A public lounge that is AWESOME! TV’s free food and drink(liquor included) and they have an awesome shower! The price is high but it covers three hours of full access for 30 quid. Not bad considering all the amenities. and its proximity to the main food/shopping area of T 3. I will definetly come back next time i have a lay over in T3 at Heathrow. The folloing is included with the 30 quid full access pass(i may be missing stuff since the list below is only what i used) Showers with private toilet, towels, and blow dryer Cereal yogurt soda alcohol sofas lounge chairs Wi-Fi Daily newspapers(NY times, USA Today, etc) TV’s Kids play room private chill areas fresh fruits Hot meals(several choices) juice coffee pastries magazines a view smiles They also have a massage area for extra $$$$. The décor is modern and comfortable. After a 9 hour flight from Chicago the shower and food hit the spot as I waited for my flight to Stockholm. Thank you No1 Lounge. I may not have regularly red carpet access to the airline lounges but i have you and I think I like you better.
