Sooo… now I can comment on the aftersales service! On buying the ring, my now fiancé had the ring resized to the size he thought would fit me. Sadly it was still too big so back it went for resizing. We dropped it off on the Sunday before the May bank holiday and as the bank holiday was approaching, they fast tracked it so that I’d be able to get it back before the weekend. And they stuck to their word, in we went on the Thursday and picked it up. Still a little loose but not as much as before. Safe to say I’m very happy and we’ll more than likely use Ernest Jones to buy our wedding rings in the future.
