We bought a nest of tables and a be spoke cabinet from Kelvin furniture,
The nest of tables was very nice, but the cabinet was very sub standard, even the handles on the ill fitting doors were not straight. and to top it all Kelvin wanted and additional payment to put it right.
We received a loyalty card from Kelvin, but it seems in this instance there was no customer loyalty from Kelvin.
