Pizza Roma

We ordered a take away consisting of Sheek kabab, lamb Bhuna and chicken handi.
Although we were told the delivery would take 30mins, it arrived after 100mins of ordering.
But, the food was fresh (no stale meat), generous in portions and very tasty.
I would order from them again but probably order very very early.
The time taken for delivery lost them a star, shame!

Having had a rather hectic Bank Holiday (standard for most of us, I’m sure) it was simply too much to consider cooking. My friend and I decided to go for the easy route, which meant ordering pizza and cheesy chips. Since we were at her place, it was her call to decide on the take away place, and she chose her regular — Pizza Roma. I’d not called on these guys for years, so was happy to give ‘em another go.
First off, the arrival time was amazing — within about 15 minutes of ordering the food arrived. Excellent if you’re ordering well after you should have had some dinner. As for the actual pizza, we had the vegetarian, which was onions, mushrooms, green peppers, olives, herbs, and the usual cheese and sauce. In my opinion, I’ve definitely had better pizzas. It was decent enough, however, with plenty of toppings. It just didn’t seem to have much flavour and was a touch on the dry side.
The cheesy chips, which I suppose aren’t hard to get wrong, were practically vacuumed up by the both of us. Essentially — it’s cheap, it’s fast, and it’ll fill you up when you’re in need of a quick and easy bite.

Everyone knows you get what you pay for. This couldn’t be a more fitting line to describe Pizza Roma.
It’s might cheap, but the food isn’t all that good. Don’t get me wrong, me and my mate both saw off our pizzas which we got cheaper because we bought together, but they were far from amazing.
But, because they’re so darn cheap, and they deliver at 2AM, and the service is friendly, you don’t really care. But you should.
