Superbowl

Absolutely awful!
Please don’t waste your money by booking a kids birthday party here, I very much regret doing so. We were left to figure out when the bowling would start and were left to be the ones asking each of the kids what they wanted to eat! Surely that is a service that you’re paying for?! The food and plates were just dumped in front of us and so again, we were left to dish it out ourselves. Everyone behind the desk looked as though they were doing you a huge favour any time you asked a question. The woman even asked if she should bring out cake before the food?!
At the end of the party when we were asked to pay, they charged us for the birthday child toothey was supposed to be free and I had to correct them after realising it.
Really miserable experience and will never ever book again!

Went to this place a while back. Was always just fine. Aimed towards the younger ones with its stylish looks and it’s quirky game play (neons, disco, etc).
Food is Wimpy, so as you expect it’s quite simply just fast food.
Did have a run in with the management once when I said the Ice Blast Blue I had tasted sour. I was offered the Red one but was told I couldn’t have a refund or another drink so I accepted. I had the same problem. I later spoke to the management who insisted I was offered a Pepsi of which I wasn’t. The manager asked the staff member and even she said she wasn’t told to offer me a Pepsi. In the end, no apology was made and the manager said Whatever, I’m only the weekend manager and walked off. Haven’t been in since. That was about 3 years ago. I’d like to think they have manners there now.

I have been to the Superbowl twice now.
First time i took my 4yr old son and went with a friend of his — it all went swimmingly well and had no problems, we had Wimpy their afterwards.
I also went again Jul 08 and it was a great experience again, it wasnt to busy, we used the bar which was quick and efficient service.
Caters for all ages, would deff recommend it again.
