Had a great dinner here. The pan fried salmon I ordered was cooked perfectly with crispy skin and moist flesh. Also the crust bread is REALLY crusty which I love.
The mixed drink I had was pretty weak (whiskey sour), but overall the meal was fantastic and the service was prompt. I also like the décor. It’s a very modern and industrial look, which I appreciate. Plus they know how to use a proper amount of salt. A lot of the food I’ve had in the UK has been lacking salt which has been a source of frustration for me and my [American] palate. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place!

Friendly staff. Warm lovely ambiance. And delicious breakfasts! We ate here twice for breky.
£8 Bill’s Breakfast… was the very best breakfast I had my entire 2 week UK trip.
£8 Veggie Brekky… light but tasty.
£7.50 Salmon Benedict… delicious! Though it doesn’t come with any free sides.
It may seem a bit pricey by American standards, but keep in mind British prices already include tax and you’re not expected tip 15−20%.

Directly across from the Hilton in Liverpool One, this place is an absolute neighborhood gem. Décor is charming, warm and inviting. The service is spot on and the food of course is fantastic. Several vegetarian options as well as traditional fare. Breakfast is served until noon. A lovely way to start or finish your day.

This is my first visit to Bill’s, as I was staying at a hotel only a few minutes walk away.
Being able to enjoy breakfast and great service, whilst sitting in the sun, was something I could not resist.
Food on offer is good, served up in a very eye appealing way and by very decent staff.
I’ll be back wherever I return to Liverpool, if only to try out lunch and dinner.
Seeing a party of 17 ladies turn up, only confirms how good the place is!

Yeah. Nice restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Kind waitors. And a reasonable price (from 8 to 12 for mains). However i think it is little bit more expensive than theu can give to me though the food was delicious enough.
