The best place of the westside of Loch Lomond. A really nice restaurant in a old church, with great service and some nice single malts. The owner is a collecter, so if your looking for rear stuff, just ask him. We really enjoyed our two nights and will definitly come back.

This place has a great atmosphere, set in an old church with a rustic feel. As noted by another reviewer, the bartender/server, a nice-looking fellow in a kilt, was really the best part. He was extremely helpful in consulting the kitchen to find out what could be made gluten free. They ended up making me grilled fish and chips with a really nice haddock. My vegetarian companion had the only veg option, a sort of Thai curry, which wasn’t very nice. It’s worth a stop for the view; also, it was the only gluten free friendly option we could find in the area, after trying four places in Luss and another in Arrochar.

A GREAT bar with in a converted church with great views over Ben Lomond. We went to the bar in about April 2014. It was not in season so the bars&restaurant in Arrochar I saw on Unilocal were almost all closed, then we saw this lovely place! The bar tender is a cute guy wearing Scottish kilts: D, the beer is great and the food is tasty. The atmosphere is oh sooo lovely and cozy. We had a interesting conversation with the cute staff, about the culture in Scotland and China. Strongly recommend the place!
