I’ll give them 3 stars simply because they were the only place still open late at night, and we were starving, but otherwise they would’ve had 2. Our group of 5 stopped in around 11:00 after finding that EVERYTHING else in the area was closed. We ordered several appetizers and drinks… the drinks came out pretty quickly, but the food was lost in space. We had to ask our server no less than three times about our food, but he still kept forgetting about us. It wasn’t until we cornered the manager that she finally went back and found it. As for the food itself, it was OK, not great, which I’ve discovered is typical of food in London.

Here you can eat delicious Angus meat. To the meat you can select between several side orders like french fries, salads, nachos, … The prices are quite high but the for the quality of meat you get it’s worth it!

Great service! Waiter was very funny and provided great service. Food was delicious! Calamari was lightly breaded and fresh. The 10 oz rib eye was tender and juicy. Topped off with a cup of vanilla bean ice cream with a shot of Baileys. Best meal this week in London.

Lovely place, nicely furnished. The food is not that great. The real problem are the prices. They have good desserts. Try the chocolate fudge and the fish and chips, other things on the menu could be disappointing except for the starters, they are fine.

Way too loud music, overcooked everything, the beer was great. Avoid by all means if you can. Try to make it to the restaurants down the road outside the tourist trap.

Service was slow and inattentive, took almost ten minutes after seating before anyone came to greet us or take drink orders. Steaks were good for two of us, but the third was ordered medium well and was delivered med rare. Even after sending it back, still not cooked as ordered. Had to ask for refills on drinks, and to do that had to flag the waiter down. Overall, food was good but service needs attention.

It’s pretty much a lower end steak house chain. The sad part is that it has the makings for a much better place and certainly the prices warrant better food and better service. The cut is not quite the best but it is cooked to order and they usually get it quite right so 1 star for that. We stopped there the first night in search of traditional fish and chips and… whatever…its fish and chips I guess. A couple of days later on our way to our hotel we stepped in seeking shelter from the cold and decided to stay and eat — it is basically OK … nothing fancy. expected more though but not totally disappointed.

Don’t do it… We found this restaurant while strolling around Piccadilly Circle, and let me tell you, I’ve had better steaks at Sizzler. We finished our meal of overcooked steak, cold bread, and lukewarm fries and left wishing that hadn’t been our last meal in jolly old Londontown.

For the price and service alone results in the loss of 3 stars. It seemed very unorganized as far as getting a table. There was a man who asked how many were in our party but didn’t take our names down or anything. They charge 1pound per person for bread. They gave us 4 rolls(bread was yummy) and butter and they took it away just as soon as we finished! what?! we don’t get more than one each? lol. Sad. They get 2 stars because their food was decent. Portions werer kind of small for what you pay for, but it’s London. Would I eat here again? probably not. If you do decide to eat here, the Chicken Kiev was yummy. The bill came out to 100 dollars not including tip for 4 people…

This chain restaurant, with its bright red walls, leather banquettes, dark wood trim, and patterned carpet, resembles an American-style steakhouse circa 1970. Although the emphasis is on beef, you’ll find some fish, chicken, lamb, and vegetarian items on the menu as well. The chef wins bonus points for understanding the difference between medium rare and well-done. The few times we’ve eaten here our steaks were cooked to perfection. Nobody will mistake this for gourmet dining, but the food is decent and reasonably priced, and the location is ideal if you’re going to a performance at one of the nearby theatres after you dine.
