Adobo

This is a great burrito place really convenient to St James Square and not far from Piccadilly and Jermyn Street. The whole Crown Passage street is a bunch of cute and quick lunchtime restaurants.
Adobo is just what you hope for in a burrito joint. A couple choices on tortilla (size and white versus wholemeal), a few choices on meats (sorry, I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t comment on their quality), and a few condiments. I’m really pleased with the quality of the ingredients and the speed at lunch time. You can definitely do worse.
They have some proper hot sauce behind the counter, in addition to the spicy salsa that you can see. If you’re American or used to properly spicy Mexican food, ask for it.
When i first moved to London, I used to complain about the lack of good burrito and tex-​mex places. Now, with places like Adobo popping up, we’re actually getting spoilt for choice.
