All bar one always has great drink. You can find whatever you like here, including tea and coffee. Haha. And this bar has a good location where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon or night on the riverside, except that you wear warm coat for windy days.

I often go to an All Bar One with friend if we fancy a cheap cocktail(five o’clock tails) and used to go for their amazing nachos and tapas bites however haven’t been in ages after having a few average meals there Bf and I how ever went to this branch for a brunch and I was quite impressed The setting is lovely as you can sit outside by the wharf with a view of the city including the shard and it is also very quiet on the weekend Inside looked spacious with high ceilings but usual all bar one décor. I got the French toast and bacon which was so good and would definitely go again for breakfast. They often have deals on on a weekday for food and coffee which look very reasonable! Also seen their new tapas menu which looks pretty tasty so want to try that on a Tuesday where they have 4 dishes and a bottle of wine for £20! Bargain! Good but not great so if you’re looking for good food reasonable price and nothing special go for it! If you’re looking for ambience, special food — don’t

This is a good place to get together with friends after work particularly if one works in the Wharf, but at times it gets packed and can be difficult to get service. The food is average for this type of place — filling and good with alcohol, but not much more. One unique positive is the spacious outdoor seating which is great during the summer months.

I love it when you and your friends get together for a little celebration so when I helped with a flat move it was only right that we treated ourselves to cocktails on a sunny Sunday afternoon! This All Bar One benefits really well from being right on the docks, so when you get a table outside and catch the afternoon sun it really adds to the atmosphere(unless you’re someone who burns at the slightest hint of sunlight!). We decided to go for all kinds of bellinis as a special treat(who doesn’t love champagne with a bit of zing) and so tried the white peach, raspberry and strawberry varieties. Reasonably priced but nothing to rave about, these aperitifs did the job nicely. Those who prefer some tartness choose the raspberry, it hits you with a kick!(see photo) After all the moving I decided to afternoon snack on a steak sandwich, which was a good portion size and juicy steak pieces, if a little bit tough. The main attraction though was my friend’s selection of tapas. At 3 for £15 that seemed like a bargain to me! Chorizo in spicy italian sauce, meatballs in tomato ragu and mushrooms in gorgonzola. All delicious, the staff were really helpful in pointing out the allergy information for my friend, who is a coeliac. The mushrooms could have done with a bit more gorgonzola, but all in all very satisfactory for a Sunday afternoon

Location, location, location and a great burger !! Fun place with plenty of outdoor seating and an extensive bar menu. You can’t miss it as you exit the Canary Wharf underground tube station. The locals love it too.

A good selection of beers and plenty of seating/countertops about. But even with all this available space, you can be hard pressed to find an empty horizontal place to set your beer between the hours of 4:30 and 8:00. This place gets jammed packed which is somewhat typical for most places on Canary Wharf, but I’m betting its proximity to the Jubilee Line has some influence here. The outdoor seating provides a nice view and lends itself well to talking and people watching. The food here is also good as I’ve been pleased with several items on the menu. Of course getting the meal can take some time during rush hour, but that is expected and I’ve found during lunch they are actually pretty quick. I personally like this place during lunch and traveling between two different locations.

Colleagues took me out here for last drinks before my coming back to the states. Really nice outside seating(or standing as the case may be on a Friday night) with a small selection of cask beer. Enjoyed the cask beer and atmosphere thats for sure. Didnt have any food so cannot vouch for that.

I love the outdoor seating at this place– right on the water front. The food is reliably good. Wait staff was very nice. We got a great deal– 3 tapas items and 1 bottle of wine for 15 P. I think it was happy hour. Calamari was very good. They made special items that were allergy friendly.

This is a decent bar which gets awfully crowded during the week, at which point, it gets unbearably noisy, to the point where it physically hurts if you’re not wearing earplugs! The best thing about this bar is that it’s open on some bank holidays. It was open last Boxing Day and it’s open today as well, which is absolutely brilliant when you’re suffering from cabin fever and desperately need somewhere to be after all the shops in Canary Wharf Shopping Centre close at 6 pm. The food here isn’t great and the drinks are okay, but the location’s really convenient.

The location is really nice and it’s All Bar One — but somehow this one feels a bit dingy. Ok for a drink outside, spare the food and don’t even think about breakfast.

I always enjoyed having drinks and foods at Canary Wharf, the high-rise banking buildings and the water makes me feel energetic but relaxed at the same time. This time, I was there on a weekend night, a lot quieter and slightly boring to be honest. However, it’s been a long day and I didn’t mind the serenity. My friend and I just wanted to find somewhere relaxing to sit down, have a few beers, and grab some not-too-serious food. All Bar One definitely did it for us. The casual but chic environment felt clean, energetic and just simply comfortable. We started with sitting outside by the water, I got a glass of Rose and my friend had some beer. We also shared a lamb burger, and it was original and quite delicious. We then moved inside as it got colder and each had another beer. I enjoyed the outside and inside equally. I then saw the tapas menu writing on the wall, and I am such a sucker for menu written on the wall(blackboard or glass or whatever)– coooool~ Plus whatever was written on the menu looked like really delicious food. I definitely want to return to have some tapas.

If you’ve seen one of ‘em, you’ve seen ‘em all. This aphorism can generally be applied to the many All Bar Ones — or should that be «All Bars One»? The grammar pedant in me ponders… — around London and the remainder of the UK. This branch, located in Canary Wharf, is big and functional, with ample seating and a HYOOOOOOOOGE! bar running along most of the back of the venue. As with most of the bars in the Canary Wharf banker trap, it fills up quite rapidly between 12pm and 2pm, and from 5pm until late most days with besuited and beskirted banking types seeking alcohol, lunch or dinner. I had lunch in here recently, and the quality was very serviceable for bar fare; service was a tad on the sluggish side but when the food came it was hot and tasty. Drink is reasonably priced(by Canary Wharf standards, anyway), and bar service is as good as it gets around here. So – it’s a reasonable choice for the area. There are definitely better choices for food and drink around(and particularly if you’re happy to wander towards either West India Quay or Crossharbour), but for proximity to offices and the Tube, it scores highly. That said, if bankers give you the creeps, you’d be better advised to avoid.

Definitely not my type of place — but if you just want a quick-ish(their service varies) cheap drink, then this might be your best and most centrally located option in Canary Wharf. To be honest, most places in the area service similar drinks, so the drink itself is not too different, it is more of how they serve, how they portray themselves(or actually, the lack of effort in doing so), that sets All Bar One apart from the rest. Personally, this is one of my last choices — there are better places in Canary Wharf to grab a drink, whilst if you are willing to walk a bit further, there are alternatives in the same price range. Trade-off between the two if you are not fussed.

I’m not sure about All Bar One. I’d rather not set foot in one to be honest, but sometimes in Canary Wharf you really have no choice. To be honest, after working hours are over you choose the emptiest bar you can find. Even then you’ll have a hard time finding a table. But we did and it was fine. Nice enough staff, surroundings were a bit plasticy but it’s All Bar One. What else did I expect. It’s pretty much the place to be in you’re really looking forward to catching up with someone but don’t have much time and don’t really care where you are. They still put ice in my wine though. This is the second time this has happened in a week. Is anyone else having this problem?
