Ugh! Chainy, loud, horribly disorganized restaurant with bad food. Making matters worse was service that was almost comically bad. Our waiter used a small tablet to input the orders, which is great if it is efficient. Not so in this case. It is like watching your great-grandfather master the computer for the first time. While I only observed the BBQ rather than eating it, I can tell you from experience(Kansas City knows a little bit about BBQ) that it was subpar. I played it safe with the black bean burger that was edible but only because I was starving. Interestingly, one of the staple sides for the menu is coleslaw. Nearly every dish comes with it. However, they were out of it. Not really sure how this happens since it was only 7pm but hey, they must have a rationale. Canary Wharf has better options. I was with a group, so we still had a good time but if I would strongly recommend you find another location for your dining. I’m don’t give one-stars lightly and I think I have only given one other — but this place earned it.

Tried to book a party of 13 for Saturday and have the unlimited brunch. Apparently with more than 10 people they force people to order off of a set menu. Weirdly enough, the unlimited brunch has TWO options so is itself a set menu. Not allowed. So we had to look for an alternate location. Disappointing.

What a joke! Went there today for a birthday lunch with one other person. We ordered the lunch set menu and right away they messed up my meal and didn’t add chicken to the salad. My main came with both of our appetisers and by the time my friend’s meal came(after they forgot to even order it) I had finished my lunch. We then waited ages for our bill as or waiter, who had already seen how much they messed up, had to be asked four times for the bill. Even one bus person walked past our table and when I asked for the bill, she just said, «you have to ask the waiters» and didn’t even ask for us. When the bill finally arrived, now 90 minutes after we arrived — only for two salads and waters — the bill was wrong as they have over charged up by about 100%. Just to add, this seems to be over priced Southern Comfort food which is totally missing the point. No Southern hospitality anywhere!!!
