Badolina

This place is slightly overpriced for a weekday lunch however for a healthy (ish), quick (ish) dinner it is well worth the £7 & 5 minute wait. The menu consists of 9 things: chicken thigh, spicy chicken or lamb in a pita, in a «container» or on houmous. Prices range from £5.75 for the pita up to £6.75 for the lamb in container PLUS drinks.
I went for the lamb with all sides (of which I think you can pick and choose or get a little of everything) which consisted of pickles, cabbage, spiced coleslaw, carrot, hummus, lettuce and tomatoes and then 3 lamb meatballs on top and a squirt of tahini (& chilli if you like it spicy). The flavours and textures were awesome and I never wanted it to end… to be honest it didn’t as the portions were so bloody big I couldn’t finish it so saved it for the next day and added it to my boring old salad at lunch.

While enjoying a beer across the street, I met one of this establishments workers that had just gotten off and was also enjoying a beer. After talking for a few minutes he told me all about Badolina. His description had my mouth watering. Since I’d already eaten I decided to go the next day.
After taking photos of the Great Boat Race and a day of walking around I ended up here. Though the menu isn’t huge, I had a very hard time deciding what to eat.
I went with a Pita filled with spicy grilled chicken and a few condiments. I had a spicy sauce but I can’t remember what it was. I took it back to my room and was «Amazed» at how good it was. I didn’t think I’d finish it but it really had no chance. One bite lead to another and then to my dismay it was gone and I was sad.
It was fast to get, take and eat. The perfect working lunch or meal on the run.
I wish they had been open the following morning for breakfast. I would have gotten something for my trip to Harwich.
The food is fresh, flavorful and satisfying. Give them a try.

Great salads and amazing staff: kind and thoughtful, they helped me out so much at 11 pm with everything else around closed.

This place has become a regular stop for lunch or supper for me, I go for a salad or hummus container which comes with a choice of their delicious chicken accompanying a generous portion of salad and pickles, or large spread of that golden paste. All coming with a very friendly service which usually offers a free sample of their chicken while your meal is prepared. To top it off its quite reasonably priced considering it’s basically on Liverpool St. Definitely worth trying.

Pretty awful… its basically a £3 kebab priced at £6.50
The dish consists of literally one chicken thigh sliced up with a bit of salad.
I also got food poisoning from undercooked chicken here. Best to avoid… There are way too many great food choices in the vacuity to bother with this.

Love their food, always fresh and delicious! I wish they accepted credit cards though.

Once again my coworkers took me out to lunch and I willingly followed as they probably know which places are good and which ones should better be avoided…
Was quite a walk from the office but turned out to be worth it. That place was really busy when we got there and it’s take away only.
First decision is wether you want pita, container (box) or houmous. Was container for me. Next is which kind of meat, I went for Spicy Mediterranean. Add salads and hot sauce and there you go. Found it to be really delicious, salad was all fresh, the meat was mellow and spicy and I even enjoyed the glob of houmous at the bottom.
Mittags-​Mitläufer mit den Kollegen, denn die sollten’s ja eigentlich am besten wissen, wo man gut essen kann und was man besser bleiben läßt…
Ist schon ein kleiner Fußmarsch vom Büro aber das war’s tatsächlich wert. Ziemlich voll dort als wir ankamen und alles auch nur zum Mitnehmen.
Erste Entscheidung: Pita, Box oder Hummus, ich hab’ die Box genommen. Dann Fleisch, für mich scharfes Hähnchen mediterran. Salat dazu, scharfe Soße, fertig, Abflug.
War echt lecker, Salat knackig frisch, Fleisch saftig und scharf und ich mochte sogar den Klacks Hummus ganz unten in der Schale :)

I dragged myself past this resto en route home from Liverpool Street this evening. It was late. I was hungry. It looks vaguely chain-​like hence I had low expectations.
I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is super friendly and offered me a taste of the spicy Mediterranean chicken. Yum. I got the same wrapped up in a wheat pita with hummus, tahini, tons of salads and pickles. Really, I know I was starving but this was pretty solid takeaway… And for less than £6.
