For every time I forgot to buy milk, ran out of eggs, needed emergency Tizer, was curious about what exactly a rusk biscuit was, had to do the ice-lolly round, the market was shut, wanted to avoid giving Tesco my cash… thank you Best One. Also thank you for telling me that 4 pints of milk was only 11p more than 2 pints. You could have made a quick buck/89p off me but no. You were noble. Thank you for shrugging it off and pushing my bag of groceries towards me all nonchalant-like when I came up 30p short. Thanks for not making a fuss when I came back three days later with the 30p. Same shrug, threw the money in the till and muttered ‘yeh ok seeya’. Thanks for being cool When I think about Best One I get misty eyed and Leann Rimes starts singing How Do I Live Without You like at the end of Con Air.
