Best Western Seraphine Hotel

Great hotel and definitely not what you would expect from a Best Western. It’s conveniently located on High Street Kensington so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in seconds or minutes. It’s across the street from the post office too!
Lyman, the hotel manager, made sure our arrival was seamless, even though we had last minute changes.
The room was impeccable: very clean, properly working TV, fresh clean towels, nice smelling room, shower gel and soap in the restroom, and a safe. Only thing missing was a mini fridge.
We had solid continental buffet breakfast every morning consisting of: refreshments (coffee, tea, OJ, etc.), toast, croissants, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, meats, and cheeses. I couldn’t be happier leaving with a happy and full stomach each morning.
The staff were always tidying up after breakfast and would serve your food if you were there nice and early.
The water pressure in the shower was awesome BTW.
Also, if you have a lot of luggage there is a side entrance with a lift (not sure of the name but it’s on the front door).
I truly enjoyed staying here and felt very cozy and enjoyed my stay. I’d be back!
