The staff here are so friendly and helpful! While traveling I became sick with a cold and dreadful headache. The staff heard me sneezing and immediately asked me how she could help me and about my symptoms. I gave her a rundown of it along with the duration. She walked me over to get two types of medication, one for my runny nose and another for my headache. She told me not to worry, I would feel better in a few hours. They even recommended what type of beverage I should drink. They preferred I drink water, I wanted something with a little bit more flavor(Vit-Hit Detox). Everything costed me under £5! I love coming to Boot’s everytime I’m in the UK.

This Boots is home to a decent pharmacy, staffed by a crew of folks who’re fairly speedy and on the ball. This is a smaller outlet, so don’t come expecting a large and varied selection of products like you might find at the Oxford Street flagship. And what stuff they do have is a little dusty. Very close to Baker Street tube(~five minutes on foot).

As I work nearby, this is my local ‘Boots’ and you may know already I’m a lifelong fan of good old ‘Boots The Chemist’. This isn’t a large branch but you can usually find what you need here — food /drink /meal deals; toiletries and medicinal products from the pharmacy. I have to commend the customer service on both the main till and at the pharmacy as particularly the former is very good; friendly and polite especially as the store is always busy, no matter what time of day you visit. It is in a great location with one entrance on Baker Street and the other within the station.

It’s boots… boots…boots. Pretty much the only drug store in the central london area, Boots is now expanding its reach into the US via Target, but when I first experienced it I was impressed. The Boots design is clean, not to fussy, not too much junk waiting around. They make a decent premade sandwich to boot(rim shot!).

I used to work near this small Boots and still pop in when in the area. Staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable. Good range of stock. They often have great clearance shelves with items like suncream for 30p! Always worth popping in if passing.

Our offices moved to the Baker Street area 12 months ago. I was so grateful there was a Boots nearby. Its located right at the Baker Street Tube station. Its a little cramped when it gets busy as its in a bit of a tourist zone. There is also a bit of a queue at lunch times. It has all the usual bits, pharmacy, food section, beauty, etc. I had to get some prescription tablets and had tried both Boots at Victoria station but they did not have it, however this one did and lots of it, so have setup a repeat prescription there. The people working there are also very friendly.

I was really impressed with this place as I needed some advise on a selection of products that I wanted to buy and the staff there were all really helpful and spent while with me just talking through the pros and cons of each product. They certainly knew their stuff! They also have the meal deal idea for lunches and you don’t have to queue too long to pay for it either.

Though its a chemist, there are also some cosmetics that you can browse at while you wait. Im pretty sure they do photo development there aswell. When i went, the chemist gave me brilliant advise and i felt at ease. it doesnt take long to pick up a prescription and you can get it the next day if you are busy like i am! all in all i think its a reliable place to go!
