This was place fine. We came by here after the Tower of London. I had the little chorizo sausages and the French onion soup. Both were good but not great. Seemed pretty pricey for the quality. I wouldn’t come back.

Extremely disappointed. Only here because Cirilo is full. This place is chaos right now. We have been waiting for our food for an hour, watched as numerous people have complained and walked out, seen the manageress apologise countless times, seen the same guy come in to ask where his food is about four times. Horribly understaffed, waiters and waitresses are run ragged. It is super awkward, the atmosphere is kinda dire. Unless they sort this out sharpish I would strongly advise you to steer clear.
Edited to add: cold food. Small portions. Manageress was absolutely useless, hiding behind her till while her staff ran around apologising and trying to make amends. Embarrassed to have taken my family here for dinner tonight. I’d say I saw about four tables walk out. All credit to the wait staff, they worked so hard. Shame it was at this shambles of a restaurant.

Decent food. 2-course meal for the kids included ice cream and milk so they were kept satisfied. My ribeye was no different than any other place in London, a bit tough and small, but edible. The mashed potato was excellent though. The restaurant was right along the pier, providing a nice view of the boats.

There is more to this place than just coffee. They do a reasonable French fare considering that they are a «chain». The service was very good, the Albanian server understood my American English. Sit by the window, great for people watching.
