Small shop in St Pancras International with healthy and delicious food. I started working in the station about a month ago and Chop’d is, most of the time, my lunch option. It is quite affordable and since they have a good selection of salads, stews, soups and wraps, it is totally perfect for me. They have 4 – 5 smalls tables. Most of the costumers have take away food, but it is really nice to relax there for a while. The staff is lovely, so polite and helpful. I really appreciate that! If you want to be good, have a fresh salad! If you want to try something else, have one of their stews. So good! My favourite are ‘Falafel and Hummus’ for salads and ‘Sicilian Meatballs with Supergrain’ for stews. They can warm up the dishes for you. Perfect. I’ll keep trying new dishes!

Cute little take-a-way shop in the train station. Perfect for healthy salads, soups and coffees. This is great place to grab some lunch or dinner waiting for the Eurostar, or to even take on the train.

Healthy and tasty fast food for a very affordable price. The shop is inside St. Pancras International Station and is really small. It has about 3 or 4 tables, and, as everywhere in St. Pancras, is a bit cold inside. They have a nice selection or ready to eat or take away food, including soups and stews that they will heat for you. They also sell drinks, coffees and some healthy desserts like yogurts and smoothies. I tried the chicken katsu curry and it was actually really nice for a ready to go meal. It was tasty and well balanced for me, as it had the right amount or rice, lentils, chicken and sauce. They also included a small salad on the side. The portion was generous and it was under £5. I’ll be back to try the soups for sure!

Chop’d seems like it’s trying to be the London equivalent of New York’s Chop’t chain, but the execution just isn’t up to par. The ingredients seem fresh enough but not great – and certainly not worth the price. Also, the temperatures always seem a bit off to me. The avocado, for example, is always super cold. If you’re getting a brain freeze from a salad, something just isn’t right.

Expensive and fresh fast food. For $ 8, you get a salad with 7 toppings(or 3 toppings + meat). They also have soup and snacks. However, this place is truly in-and-out. There’s no seating, so you’ll have to find elsewhere to dig in. Useful tip: don’t take a bag and get an extra topping for free!

This branch is in St Pancras Station and is great for healthy meals and snacks. They have a really good selection of breakfast items: you can get porridge with a huge range of toppings, yogurt and fruit, fresh muffins and oat bars, or — my personal choice — really delicious fruit mueslis. The kiwi, grape and blueberry and the mango versions are my personal favourites. The price is also quite reasonable: £1.75 for a pot of muesli and around the same for porridge. They also do a variety of drinks, as you’d expect, but their coffee was a little bitter for me. Chop’d also serves a wide range of salads, both pre-packaged and made-to-order. The portions are fairly huge, so the pricing — between £4 and £6 per salad — seems more reasonable than it appears at first. For those who want to eat or drink there, there is a decent range of seating and the surroundings are quite pleasant. It offers something a bit different from other places in the station(Pret-a-Manger, Pain Quotidien and the usual Boots and M&S) and I think it’s a bit of a find.
