I enjoyed this restaurant for the friendliness of this staff and patience. This restaurant seems popular and from what I could tell, there were regulars in the room which can be a good sign. I thought the wine was a little expensive but selected one based on the description which said it was dry. On tasting is was rather sweet for me and I let them know I didn’t like. I was informed that there was nothing they could do about it. Unfortunately they only sold house wine by the glass so I was stuck. I usually opt for Indian when I fancy a meal with loads of flavour. The starter I ordered of butterfly prawn, did not deliver on this which was a little disappointing. Moving on to main which was balti butter chicken. I liked the flavour but I felt there was not much chicken served. Loads of sauce which was wonderful for the paratha to mop up but lacking in the meat. I felt I had to go fishing around to find the pieces of chicken. Please just give a little more. You don’t go to Indian restaurants for desserts. Their selection was a variety of ice creams and on a chilly night not really what I am after so u skipped this. We were there until kicking out time but at no time did they rush us out and we were the last to go and probably after closing time. All in all, I’d probably be back for a casual meal.

We visited on a Sunday night and were 1 of three diners we saw that evening. The ambiance was certainly lacklustre and the napkins were stained(but clean). The food was great though and the service prompt and attentive. We would definitely go back for good Indian food or order takeout. The price was great for the food as well. We had two large bottles of water, two main courses and somosas for 29£.

Having good experience tasting, making, or looking like a samosa, I believe I have some sound knowledge in judging Indian cuisines. I was looking to have a delectable meal, especially since the Landmark hotel recommended it hands down. It fell short like my adulthood height. The food was okay at best, delivery service was fine, and I’m sure kickbacks to the hotel were stellar. We would not recommend this place before trying others. In my short trip, it is sad that I am leaving unsatisfied for the wonderful Indian food I heard being cooked here in London.

This was the worst Indian food I have ever eaten. The Samosa’s had no flavor and were all dough. The raita was like desert pudding. The various dishes were poorly spiced. The prices were low but in retrospect not worth the waste of money.

First visit had the mutton baryani and paneer and was not overly sweet as some suggest but some not familiar with Asian cuisine should inquire about the dishes as most can be adjusted to taste. Note this restaurant in mainly Bangali inspired so will not be exactly like what ur used to at most common South Indian restaurants service was 5 star will visit again.

Not very impressed compared to the Indian food we’ve had so far in London. Mostly because the dishes that we had were all extremely sweet(as mentioned by a reviewer below). If you like that kind of thing, then you’ll be happy. But we weren’t very into a butter chicken, saag paneer, and chana dal that all tasted a bit like dessert. The chicken Hariali was quite hot/spicy, but also on a base of very sweet sauce.

I’ve been to Cinnamon Spice 3 times now during my short trip to London. I have to say, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in my life. Tonight I tried the Tandoori Mixed Grill. The flavors were delicate; it was obvious a lot of work has been put into deciding which spices to use. I also had the coconut rice, which is incredible. Freshly ground coconut, perfectly cooked rice, dusted with what I have a hunch is confectioner’s sugar. The prices are also really reasonable. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit. Or 5.

Good price, good selection, good taste. Nothing out of this world, and some of the dishes erred a tad too much on the sweet side, but judging by the fact that it’s now been over 12 hours since the experience and I’m still so full, I obviously thought it was worth eating a triple portion!

Awesome cheap indian food! My husband and I went to London for our honeymoon and went to this restaurant twice while we were there. We absolutely loved the portions because they were perfect for sharing. The chutney platter is amazing. Their mushroom and coconut rice is incredible. The service is excellent! Overall reasonable prices for incredible food an service!
