I went to Clinica Fiore recently to have a Dermaroller treatment as I have uneven skin tone due to scarring. I was a bit apprehensive as Dermaroller (or microneedling) involves minuscule pin pricks on the skin to stimulate the production of collagen. In other words, this technique creates a response from your own body from microscopic needles lightly rolled over the skin. This will speed the body’s own rejuvenation process and although you may experience redness and tightness for one day it soon calms down and new skin appears a few days later. Friends, colleagues and clients haven’t stop complimenting me on how good my skin looks ever since! A special mention goes to the super professional and helpful team at Clinica Fiore who patiently explained the procedure to me and made me feel at ease.
