The best place to eat in westfields! I’d never leave without having the chicken taouk which is always so piping hot & fresh. I’d always get the roomana juice. the haloumi and cheese sambousek are also winners. Highly recommended for lebanese street food lovers. SO happy it’s halal

Comptoir Libanais in the Westfield London Shopping Centre offers a great alternative to fast food. Like many of the eateries at this shopping centre, it functions like a fast food counter in that you buy your food from a counter and sit down to eat. But the gastronomic experience is much different. The cuisine is Lebanese, and the food is fantastic All of it is fresh, organic and delicious, except the baba ganoush. You ever try it? Not for me. It’s also worth noting that the meats are halal. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the wide selection of meat-free yummies. The falafel wrap changed my opinion about falafel. Before I used to think of falafel as a greasy, crumby bit of food. Now I realise I just wasn’t having good falafel. The dessert selection is quite large. You can get baklavas, my favourite, and several other authentic sweets. They go great with the juices you can get, which are all made fresh there. If I’m gushing about this place it’s because something happened that rarely happens when I eat out. I filled up on a vegetarian meal. Lovely.

Bought a lamb kofta wrap, very disappointed, wouldn’t eat there again. Was wasted calories.
