Probably the worst Costa in London, rude and arrogant staff, inside is in urgent need of a proper clean.

Oei Unilocal!Stop pestering me to write a review. Costa just like every other Costa is a standard coffee shop. Coffee’s so so, and baked goods are so so. Coming from Seattle, I’d much rather Starbucks it. But y’know what, I don’t even want to support Starbucks outside of my hometown. So, Costa, you’re SOL. Come back again soon. PS. Really, seriously, where’s the non-hoity toity good iced coffee at yo?

The drink was good but apparently iced coffees(coffee + ice) are not in abundance the way they are in the United States. Took me like an hour to explain what I wanted to the guy behind the counter. When I got what I ordered it wasnt what I thought it was going to be, but it was tasty. The search for iced coffee continues for this American in London. What I loved about this place was the free wifi, and what I learned. Did you know that there is enough of a demand for bow-ties that the need for a bow-tie shoppe is warranted? I know I didn’t. But there was a guy drinking espresso in there next to me wearing a green bow-tie and talking on his cell phone. «Yeah so I just opened a bow-tie store,» he said. I predict the next time I see this gentleman drinking coffee will be living on the street telling people«did you know I used to own a bow-tie store?»

Fantastic coffee spot w/the friendliest staff! We were staying at The Royal Horseguards, hoping to find a tasty morning coffee spot(that wasn’t a Starbucks) & lucked into Costa Right around the corner from our hotel & right at the entrance of the Embankment Tube Stop… also *right* beside a Starbucks but save yourselves the huge-chain-megaolith-poor-taste-bleck & go to Costa instead Knowing there are hotel patrons & thousands of commuters coming through every day, I was absolutely shocked & impressed when I walked in, on morning #2& the server remembered my EXACTORDER. Having only been there once before… for take-away for crying out loud & she remembered what we had! In fact, she remembered every order in the shop — everyone in line just smiled when she told them their order & they were like, gosh, that’s right. Extremely courteous & w/super-quick service, lines cleared out in no time, we had our morning fixes & they were delightful! Creamy Hot Chocolates, Mochas, & nice bold, strong Coffee. Pastries /Muffins were also fresh & very flavorful. There was a Cranberry Muffin in particular that was phenomenal. We went there every morning we were in Westminster
