I visited Côte with my partner for brunch last Saturday. We arrived at 12.50 and brunch is served until 1pm, the waitress who greeted us on arrival was a little brisk but told us we could still order so long as we did so quickly! The brunch menu has plenty of options, including hot cooked breakfasts as well as lighter options including pastries, fruit and yoghurt. Unusually for me, I felt like going for something light rather than a heavy cooked breakfast. I opted for the granola and yoghurt which came attractively presented in a tall glass sundae bowl on a side plate. My boyfriend opted for the French breakfast(as part of the complete breakfast offer) which included any cooked breakfast, a hot drink and a glass of juice– all for under £10. My granola was delicious, although simple. His cooked breakfast was apparently also delicious, though the portion was fairly small! The interior of the restaurant was cosy, dark furniture and velvet curtains. All in all it was an enjoyable breakfast for under £20 for the both of us.

This was our go to place for breakfast as we battled jet lag. The staff was nice enough to serve us breakfast right up till the last minute. The food was good and decently priced, and the coffee was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we went back the next morning.

An excellent French style restaurant in the heart of Ealing. Although it’s a chain this restaurant oozes ambiance and chic. The early bird menu is excellent and a bargain at £9.90 for two courses or £11.90 for three. The service is very good, although there were some language barriers with our first waiter, the second waitress was superb and the timely checks to see if we were happy with our dishes were a good touch. I ordered a tiny chocolate pot for desert which compared to the other deserts at my table was a pretty poor show, the waitress changed it for me without me even having to explain as she could hear the laughter from the other diners in my party. Lovely food and great service.

Usually I enjoy cote’s food but the Ealing branch is by far the worst. Was served completely undercooked chicken(completely pink and bleeding) and was then argued with by the extremely aggressive head water who told me I must be mistaken as he ‘checks all the chickens himself’ completely hostile service. Do not recommend.

Delicious English breakfast. Air conditioned dining area. French dishes like crapes with Gruyère cheese available as well.

Cote is a French style Brasserie, and although it is a chain restaurant, the one in Ealing is so lively, with such great staff that you would think it was a small local business. The food is really good, traditional french, and with set menus of around £10 for two courses, or around £13 for three, it is relativeley good value. What I really love about Cote is that it’s a really nice place to go and eat without being too expensive– it has a great ambience as it’s usually quite full, and the décor is just like a typical french brasserie. Overall, a great alternative to Café Rouge.

Delish! My favourite brunch meal is now the Crêpe complète! It’s a warm crêpe with two free range eggs, bacon and shaved Gruyère cheese. YUMMM!!! The coffee was spot on too! Décor’s in need of a spruce up though.

I was in London in early September for the very first time and celebrated my birthday at this Côte Brasserie location, its newest location in Ealing. It’s conveniently located three blocks from my cousin’s flat, so it was a quick stroll to make our 6:00 dinner reservation for five adults and one baby. My cousin told me they just opened a few days prior to our visit, so I was pretty excited to try it out for my birthday. We got seated in a round dining table in the center of the restaurant and was quickly greeted by a server and jugs of water for our table. We started off with a bottle of red wine, calamari and duck pâté. My Auntie & I got the rib eye steak and frites for our entrees, my Mom got the seafood pasta and my cousin and wife got flat iron steaks. When we were done with our dinner, we had a small birthday cake come out for our dessert. I knew we brought one with us to dinner, it was just a matter of them bringing it out when we were ready for it. It was pretty nice to blow out some candles on my big day, but was later told by my cousin’s wife that it was not the cake they had brought with us. Turns out it was the cake brought in by another table sitting nearby. Oops. Overall, my birthday dinner was great. I’d definitely go back if I find myself ever back in London Town. Loved my memorable, quiet dinner with my family abroad at this lovely French restaurant.
