Creative Beadcraft

Crafties, listen in! This little place tucked away near Piccadilly Circus is just lovely :).
Full disclosure: I am not that knowledgeable about craftwork, so not an expert in the London range of similar stores. But I needed to pull together quite an ambitious little project for Halloween involving lots of chains and beads, and from online browsing, this store came out looking best in its selection and pricing. When I came to visit, I wasn’t disappointed. They have a huge selection of all kinds of individual beads, lovely strands of crystals, metal chains in different quality and colors, hooks — all the jazz.
The ladies at the store were absolutely lovely and so helpful — without needing to prompt them, they sensed me newbie uncertainty and recommended me the correct tools for my project and gave suggestion on what to change to perhaps make it more sturdy and durable.
In fact, I needed to return to the store a week later to pick up some more materials, and while the big package of chain which I purchase has been sold out, the lovely lady at the till took her time to find the smaller sizes of the same chain and sell them to me for the bulk price. So service ¹⁰⁄₁₀ both times around.
This shop also runs jewellery making classes, where all materials for your planned creation are provided.
