Used them several times in the past. Overall they are reliable and value for money. However the cars are not always that new and is sometimes smelly.
If cost is a big deal then you will be happy with these guys.

I was very happy with the service provided by these guys. I arrranged a car to pick up my parents from Heathrow the other day. When the driver was already at the airport, I got a call from my parents to say that they had been moved to a later flight which wouldn’t be arriving until the next day. I went online to arrange a pick up for the following day, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I had not been charged for the initial booking. That was a nice touch, especially because the driver had been waiting for a long time, and ensured that I will book with Direct Cars every time I need a collection from the airport. As well as the great service they were the cheapest of all the quotes I got from the Kabbee website.
