Like a little Wonderland of fabric that is nigh on impossible to easily find in the UK, let alone London. I met the owner last month at their stall at The Knitting and Stitching Show and thought I should make a proper visit. WOW. It’s small, but mighty. They’re moving into a much larger purpose-built space next year and I cannot wait. It’s a dream! Anna Maria Horner, Cotton & Steel, Heather Ross, etc. — so many lovely fabric designers in one place. Fabulously friendly staff too! Prices aren’t low, but neither are they outlandish(especially considering that most lines are imported from America). I left with a full bag and a points card. Happy.

A great specialty yarn and fabric shop right by a C11 stop — what more to ask for. The fabrics are really unusual prints — I particularly like the science-themed one with little beakers — and a great selection of yarns, needles, and buttons. The only thing that would make them 5+ stars is a better selection of knitting patterns/books.

This place is super amazing. They have everything you might need for sewing, knitting and any other crafty projects. I’ve bought unusual fabric patterns and interesting yarns there. The staff are friendly and always help me with project ideas. They even hold evening classes in the basement with wine and tea! In an online world it’s great to have a local resource for crafts.
