I wouldn’t even give this place any stars. Honestly, all the hotels around Earl’s Court are tiny. Most of them are I believe pit stops for people in passing so regardless of the size, NEVERBOOK A ROOMINTHISHOTEL. I have read COUNTLESS terrible reviews about this place, but wanted to still give it a chance. First of all, I arrived at the hotel at 9:30PM and there was no one to check me in. There is a phone that says pick it up and wait for someone to respond. Did that like 10 times only to get a disconnected signal at the end. I was so confused. My company booked this hotel for me because others in the area were occupied. I called my boss and she called the company who said someone will be over. Waited for 10 minutes, and a man entered the building. I asked if he worked there and he said no, I asked how he checked into the hotel and he said everyone checks in across the street. Very confused. So I go across the street, the man follows me and goes behind the counter. I said, so you do work here? He ignored me. I then try to check in and he said he never received a payment from my company, I show him the CONFIRMATIONPRINTOUT of the booking. He then replies he doesn’t see that on his end. Okay, so I wanted to check in for a night and pay cash. He said I can’t do that because then I would have to pay a cancellation fee for my other room. I told him, but you just said you didn’t receive payment so it’s not even booked for me to cancel. He then kept arguing back and forth about this. I just stormed out and went to «Easy Hotel» nearby. Super tiny, but clean and super friendly/accommodating staff. I also read how Dylan Apartments likes to double charge credit cards and overall, just terrible reviews so I know this isn’t the first time they try to scam someone.

We stayed here in February for two nights purely for convenience and cost. After reading the horrible reviews about this place I panicked. Like, proper OMIGODSHOULDICANCELNOW panic. Then I read they did the renovation. Okay, whew. That’s alright then. So we called ahead of time and requested one of the renovated rooms(that’s the key here, make sure you get a renovated room). I am pretty sure this place is a hooker hotel/hostel. When we left we saw a female going up the stairs with two very excited male companions. Something was DEFINITELY going on there. I also saw a couple of girl tourists traveling together. Don’t be fooled by any good reviews, this place is a dump. But it’s a cheap, it’ll get you buy for a few nights dump. The bathroom was so small I could barely fit in it. I’m 5’5″ and barely 120 lbs. We had to leave the door open to shower and brush our teeth. The bed was comfortable and there is a mini fridge but I would honestly just use it for breakfast and eat out instead. Spend as little time in the room as you can. Use the location ONLY to sleep on the cheap. I won’t be going back here again. Also, they charged us to hold our luggage when we left the second day for the conference. It’s that type of place! :)
