Excellent Service, well-​organized and great people. All the information given on the homepage was very helpful. Public transportation was great.
The officers are super friendly and know what they are talking about. When you are handicapped and you have problems walking stairs, etc. people find ways to help you.
You are always given an answer, treated with respect and the answers always have rhyme and reason. I have never ever experienced that a station officer stopped the stairways just for me alone. I was really surprised and stunned by such helpful people. Being a foreigner asking for e.g. tickets at the cash desk you are not only given information for the way, but also for ticket prices and hours, etc. — full service to the utmost, awesome!!!
There are always officers around giving you the information you need. — And none of them gives you a silly remark or wrong answer.
From the airport to Earl’s Cour Exhibition Centre I only met great people — officers at the airport, tube officers and people at the fair.
I was in a hurry once missed the right tube by my own mistake. Again got to know the right means of transportation and price infos.
The city of London can be proud of her officers, especially the ones of the tube and airport!!!
