I’m torn on this one. I had a good appointment and there was a good degree of competancy but it took overlong and the first stylist created a bad do that my husband hated. I liked it but at the price I paid I did expect a high level of service.
I liked the experience but I’d say that unless you are willing to pay for the top stylist and private room, don’t bother.

I discovered this fabulous little salon after attending an event and probably would have never discovered it otherwise. It is quite a small little place with a funky, Japanese inspired interior. The company actually originates from Japan and salon owner Nic uses Eastern hairdressing techniques such as the Yuko Straightening system.
The staff are amazingly friendly without being overbearing and the prices are around the same as your average (upper scale) London salon. The stylists really take time to understand you and what hair style or colour you are after — Yuki was my stylist and I would definitely recommend her. They also run regular promotions such as free treatments during particular time periods and have VIP rooms and even the internet for those on-​the-​go type folks.
I am one fussy lady when it comes to my hair and have been known on a number of occasions to complain but my experience here was brilliant and left with a gorgeous cut and a lovely shade of blonde!

This hair salon is in a great location, right off from Oxford Street. The hair dressers are really nice and you get a very good consultation and they work really hard to find a good conclusion to achieve the requested style. The colour technicians are great as well they managed to dye my hair back to my natural colour. I’m so gratefull for that.
You also fell like a real London girl in there, because everything is just soo stylish with the black and red wallpaper.
