Great place to get good food from. The food always seems to be fresh and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Go here if good quality food and friendly staff are what you want.
I don’t go here anymore due to office move but it is a very nice branch where staff (in my experience at least) give free drinks to regular customers.

wow, i love these EAT places you can find all over the city of London, they are great to run into and grab one of the many sandwiches they have already put together for you.
i grabbed a ham, cheese & butter on a baguette. it was delicious and filling. they also have desserts like puddings and cakes… i bought a piece of Victoria Sponge Cake that had Raspberry Jam and Butter cream in the middle which was so fabulous i wish i had another to eat right now. they also have many drinks hot and cold to purchase.

This is a larger branch of Eat. with lots of seats and tables inside to enjoy your food. Obviously if you choose to do this they charge you extra for the privilege so I like to head up to Regent’s Park (weather permitting) to enjoy my lunch.
You’ll find all the usual quality food you’d expect of the chain here, hot, cold and luke warm, with drinks, cakes and crisps to go with it. One of the great things at Eat. is the pie, mash and gravy option with daily choices of meat or veg options. Brilliant for a good hearty lunch to takeaway or eat in.
