London features many quick«takeaway» options for lunch and dinner. Being from the United States, I was not used to the high number of restaurants selling pre-made food. I am not a huge fan, but I have found a number of places that I like. Although, out of all the quick, takeaway places I have been to, EAT is probably the worst. The sandwich I had was plain and flavorless(turkey and cranberry), and the croissant was stale. I would recommend going to pret instead if this is the type of food you are looking for.

I still maintain that the new electorlux panini makers are a bad investment. For some reason, the«new» toasties are never toasted enough and quite often(due to lack of toasted-ness) become soggy. It was also quite dirty, apparently a characteristic of Chelsea establishments(see Saatchi Gallery). Overall, very underwhelming for an Eat eatery.
