I’ve been going here for many years and always come back because they always give you the right advice(no fuss, no nonsense). I bought my daughters probike mountaon bike there today, they set it up on the spot, made sure she was happy and we were able to go for a ride in burgess park within 30 minutes. A Thoroughly recommended experience, they have decent range of bikes of all sizes and some really cool stuff too.. One tip.. .. if you drive there make sure you tell them straight away that you’ve parked out front so that you can get a customer sticker to put in the window(and avoid a ticket). Happy Days. T.

quick work and free installation of parts, large selection of road, track and cruiser bikes and personable staff. this isn’t my local repair shop but a good place to visit when in need of more specialized work

Edwardes is like stepping back to a time before there was any urban fashion or moral obligation to cycle. The staff here are passionate about cycling as a sport and probably have been since the day they first sat on a tricycle. As well as having a huge range of mountain, racing and all kinds of bikes, they are immensely knowledgeable and good at repair jobs. On the downside, it is often quite difficult to get served you really do have to fight for their attention. Be prepared for a bit of cockney banter and you can even haggle down the price on occasions. This is nothing like shopping at Evans Bike Superstore, but so much more of a personal and interesting experience.
