I recently moved out of my flat and called this company to do the end of tenancy cleaning. They came at the expected time, but that is the only good thing they’ve done.
3 people to clean the flat and nothing has been done properly. We called them to ask them to come back as per the 48hours guarantee but it has been mentionned they could not come back. The estate agent therefore had to use its own cleaner and we have been charged an additional £150. I asked End of Tenancy Cleaners for a refund and they refused, and also never admitted their mistake despite the fact we sent them many pictures of theyr bad work (received from the second cleaning company).
I would definitely avoid this company in any case, bad work, no respect for the customer, … Dont go to cheap, you will obviously be disappointed like we did.
